MAUP's xenophobia and anti-Semitism are consistent with the worst of the Soviet legacy of intolerance that a civilized society abhors. Ukraine, a nation with a diverse, talented population, has shown by its government's action that entities which champion bigotry and divisiveness are themselves not to be tolerated.
