UKRAINIAN PARLIAMENT COMPLETES ELECTION OF ITS LEADERS On July 9, Ukrainian parliamentarians elected Adam Martyniuk (faction of the Communist Party) as the First Deputy, and Victor Medvedchuk (faction of the Social-Democratic Party/United) as a Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada.
