In accordance with the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 29, 1996, No 366-r, the Ukrainian State Committee on Geology and Utilization of Mineral Resources hereby announces a tender. The subject of the tender is the right to undertake activities of geological exploration and further production of native copper deposits in "Zhyrychi" area (Volyn region) having the total acreage of 32 km2.
A preliminary conference for participants who received the Tender Dossier will take place on June 3, 1997, at 10:00 in the premises of the Ukrainian State Committee on Geology and Utilization of Mineral Resources.
Tenders should arrive at the latest on July 21, 1997, by 12:00, and will be opened on July 21, 1997, at 12:00. Applications are being accepted by the Ukrainian State Committee on Geology and Utilization of Mineral Resources at the following address: Ukraine, 252601, Kyiv, MSP, Volodymyrska street, 34.
In order to obtain the Tender Dossier, the applicant should remit US $1,000 to the Account No 070299 in OPERU of the National Bank of Ukraine of the city of Kyiv, MFO 300001, OKPO code 00032626, or the equivalent of this amount in the national currency of Ukraine to the Account No 141092 in OPERU of the National Bank of Ukraine of the city of Kyiv, MFO 300001, OKPO code 00032626.
