This is a rather delicate and difficult matter, thread carefully on this path. A couple of months ago I talked to Rostick also about this matter and he gave me an article he once wrote about it. Now it is already more then a year old or longer, but maybe the information contained in it is valuable to you also. Perhaps you could write him and ask if het could mail it to you. He is a student of law and has worked also in the contruction business, knows the business from the inside so to say. Although young (19) he has a tremendous experience and is very reliable! Perhaps he could add some new info also. If you are in Kyiv and "screening" houses he might be a good person to come along for a second opinion.
