There are five Bus times from Kiev (Borispil Airport) to Kharkiv on the Avtolux page, departing

Cost is 45/60 Hrivnya (I gues there are two classes)
The ticket office seems to be in Borispil, "Yana"(Is this a cafe, shop, person I dont know)

I have never travelled with Avtolux but I have read that it offers the traveller good comfort.
