Easy there, Dan. Policy this, policy that....typical, pretentious American that would ask so many questions. I am from Chicago and stayed in Andriy's apt. in Kiev this past Dec. for 10 days. Thanks to this board, I found Andriy's offer quite excellent and decided to stay there. He is quite reputable and if you have a serious interest in staying at his apt., feel free to email me as well.
