my boyfriend was born in odessa 21 years ago. since then he has traveled there and back twice. he is a permanent resident of the united states but is still legally registered as a citzen of ukraine...not america. he is leaving for ukraine inn 2 weeks to stay for 10 days. is he safe? will he be taken by the army and forced to stay? thank you so much for your attention
