I am married to a Ukrainian woman and plan to retire in the Ukraine. Does anyone know what the visa reqirements are if I want to keep my US citizenship. Will I have to restamp my visa every 6 months? Is it expensive to renew the visa every 6 months. Will my retirement (social security and military) pay be taxed by only the US or both US and Ukraine?
