A family member flew three weks ago from JFK to Kiev on Aeroflot, via Moscow. She arrived sans luggage. She hung around the airport viciity for 48 hours waiting for her bags, without success. When they finally were forwarded to her in DNK they had been rifled and many of her gifts for family members were gone. She had to sign a paper saying all was in order and no complaints, before her bags were turned over to her...Later when she tried to lodge a complaint she was stonewalled. Aeroflot rots.
