Consider changing the core and make enough keys.
I tried at the largest locksmith key making places in Chicago. They do not have the blanks nor machine to make the east european type of keys.
Consider having the key maker stamp consecutive numbers on each of your keys. You can then keep track which key number you issued to each trusted keyholder.
