It should have been very easy to install. Hook the router up to your cable modem and hook router up to computer. Install the software, and call Vonage to validate. I had calling cards, regular long distance on a landline, etc, and the sound quality was not very good calling Ukraine. Vonage still gives me best connection. Vonage customer service is like all customer service in US. It is outsourced to India. That in itself is another problem.
