I'm the one who recommended vonage and stick by my recommendation. I use it quite often calling Ukraine, and 90% of the time I have great quality. I do not know your computer setup, the speed of your internet connection whether dial up or high speed, whether you have gone to the web site and adjusted it so vonage uses maximum bandwidth on your phone connections.
