While technically medical care is free. This is not always the case. Doctors routinely charge a fee. Doctors only make $86/mo. I asked my wife who is a medical doctor in Kharkov if the prices you stated is reasonable and she said yes. Now if this lady is scamming you then that is another question for you to ask yourself.
