I have a female friend who lives near Dnipropetrovsk and has been diagnosed of having a tumor in her ovaries area. She has been advised that she needs to have an operation and a doctor in Dnipropetrovsk who can perform a laparoscopy is asking her for 4000 UHA. Also she needs to have medicine (duferelin), for which the pharmacy is asking 1600 UHA.
While I have no problem in paying for all that. to help this poor and honest woman I just would like to know from those living there, is that the kind of money doctors charge down there?
I know this woman for over a year and I am 100% sure for her honesty, because she never accepted my financial help before apart from my presents when we meet.
