“In America majority of poor people do face real problems. No health insurance = you are in big troubles in US. Don’t you agree?”

Not compared to the people of Ukraine, for example the poor in California can enroll in a free health insurance program called Medi-Cal, and anyone can go to the county hospital emergency room and receive free treatment, even illegal immigrants. One number gives a pretty clear picture; life expectancy, it's 76 for the US and 65 for Ukraine, with Ukraine falling below such “advanced” nations as Nicaragua for example. I've seen why. For one reason, there is no accountability. Some doctor makes a mistake, so what? There's no malpractice insurance here, and the administration has much more power than an individual, so they can do WHATEVER they want with impunity. The recent scandal about hospitals selling the organs of dead children in Ukraine, is a good example of this. Then you should look at the facilities, most are in buildings that would immediately be condemned and torn down in the US, and they use equipment that is incredibly old, and in some cases dangerous like 40 year old X-ray machines. I've actually seen some hospitals in Ukraine with no heat, yes, and in the winter to. Then consider the medical personnel, SOME are good, knowledgeable and responsible, and some, well, paid for their degree, do you know how to spot the difference? There are little differences that are interesting, for example in Ukraine you ALWAYS bring your own needles, because you want to make sure the doctor or nurse isn't re-using them from someone else, and if you're in the hospital unlike America, you won't have to worry about hospital food – there isn't any, you have to provide your own! Don't let the concept of free health care in Ukraine fool you, there is still money involved here, and lots of people die for lack of cash.

“You won’t believe it but here in Ukraine I can’t remember when I paid bribe last time, “

You're right, I find it hard to believe, do you have a legally registered company, if so, please tell me how many documents it took and how much time it took to prepare for and receive these documents, and how many bribes you paid

“don’t know what middle class you met in Sevastopol, but middle class in Ukraine can afford medical treatment “

The middle class here can't even afford to eat decently, most people in Crimea earn between 100 to 200 USD month. You cannot eat a healthy diet on that amount, let alone have money extra for something else, anything else.

“Russian is the language in most common use in Sevastopol, some (not all) cities of Eastern Ukraine. But it is not in most common use in all over Ukraine. 70% of people living in Ukraine consider Ukrainian their native language”

I have no clue where you get that number from, I've been coming to Ukraine for 10 years, until 2004, I never once heard Ukrainian spoken, now a few speak it in Kiev, show me one person in Ukraine who DOESN'T know Russian. This conversion to Ukrainian language however is the result of government coercion, if you like coercion, then that's fine.

I'm glad you are able to predict the future so precisely that you can so securely state how successful the next generation of Ukrainians will be, I hope you're right, but I'm afraid unlike you, I am unable to write about Ukraine 20 years from now, but must confine myself to the Ukraine of today.

"In the brief history of Crimea you forgot to mention genocide against Tatars when they were deported to Siberia after World War II. One more reason why Crimea lost its population."

I was confining myself to Sevastopol and not the rest of Crimea, Tatars were not living in Sevastopol, and still mainly do not.
