My wife who is Ukrainian will be travelling to Kiev and needs to stay in a hotel in the centre for a few days.... I also heard Hotel Express is a comfortable hotel also....
You mentioned a single room was $30.... is this the rate for a Ukrainian citizens also as I am aware that foreigner normally pay a higher amount than native citizens
If $30 refer to foreign rates, what would a Ukrainian pay to stay at this hotel?
