price of lux there is $100, lux - is small (near 10sq.m) room, hotel is very old without new renovation
Our customer has stayed at this hotel and next day he ask me to find for him apartment
for those prices as $30-50 you can stay at ordinary hotel room (not eurostandart), I think after 1 day stay there you will leave it :-(
