Foreign speculators are not responsible for the price increase, although there is a handful of them on the market. The Ukrainian realtors/estate agencies AND the Odessits themselves have crazy dollar signs in their eyes. Even in the far outskirts of the city, land and housing becomes unaffordable.
Tell me someting about it, I've been dealing with the issue for more than three years. Prices have doubled in two years.
