No! It means you are contactable, if not by the webmaster then by websurfers or people who had a legitimate interest.

: Anyway - the simple inclusion of an e-mail address doesn't resolve the problem. Web boards that require registration seem to work best, but they are more onerous for the non-registrants.
It will keep the fly-by-nighters and those who are hiding their identity because they want to mask their activities.
