I just take my T-Mobile World Phone it is old one roams fine have it set up to raom. I could not get it to accept a sim from ukraine since it is locked to T-Mobile. If you want to call local in Ukraine Buy a Kyivstar phone & Sim I paid about $80 for tiny Motorola & $12 for SIM then buy Minutes to charge. Local cals are about 1 UAH I think

It sucks anyway if Call USA you look at it $3 a Minute. a 50 UAH card will get you just over 3 minutes for $10

On Kyivstar you can receive calls from USA for Free but no one can ever get thru to you. But you cal call ut fine

I am lucky to live in Ukraine on Polish Boarder, I can get Poland signal on T-Mobile so can call Home for $1 per minute that is very cheap. Now they are EU Winter before it was $3 a Minute on Plus Network (Poland
