Also, if it is just printed material,or paper, our US Postal
system has what is known as "M" bags. It is less than $1.00/pound.

You have to really demand that they tell you about it because it is not to common for them. It goes to a Ukrainian post office, the receiver is notified to come to post office for it. they must have containers to carry it home.
