Hi Hans,

Yes, along with all the other passengers, you will start into the normal arrival terminal (Terminal B). Maybe 50 paces into the building you will be met with someone carrying a sign with your name on it. They will ask for your luggage tags and then you will start down some steps to a door that leads out to the tarmac and a waiting mini-bus. It will take you to Terminal C (maybe 1 km away), where you give your passport to the coordinator - and then sit to have a drink (coke or beer). After a few minutes, they will bring your bags, the coordinator will return with your passport all taken care of and you proceed immediately to the Customs agent who asks you a few questions. You then emerge into the Terminal C lounge where the person meeting you is waiting in a very nice lounge (no throngs of people like over in Terminal B).

That is it. Please note, it must be pre-arranged and pre-paid before your arrival.

I hope this helps.

: : Dear All!

: : Just talked to VIP in KIEV they are back in business with the full range of services (customs and passport control) the price is 330Hr. which is about 60$, payable at the cash desk in HR, or by credit card.
: : In order to let people, who never used them before, know what VIP is - it is a Terminal C department. They collect your luggage, take you to their building, there you go through passport controll and customs, usually the whole process is not taking more than 20 min. They are really usefull when there are more then 1 flights arriving. Also they give you a box of nice chocolates on the way out.

: : With best wishes,
