Be very careful when some agency tells you they can get her a visa ...no problem without an invitation or anything else and send them the money for the trip. HA! There is no such thing! Everyone and anyone wanting to visit Canada or the U.S. has to go through the process of the particular country's Embassy procedures.
I would strongly urge you not to send one cent until she has confirmed with you that she has a visa.
