My experience 2 years ago was that customer service at KBP airport was lacking any concept; in person Aerosvit rejected inquiries about long overdue flight arrival.
I understand they are low cost and have many satisfied customers from past postings on this board.
From past accidents of Ukrainian pilots there is poor results in unusual flying environments. Namely top aero industry executives / engineers hit Iranian mountain.
