Hi, I went throught the KLM web site. THey said mail, but they did not say what kind. I did this on Friday april 15, and I made the tickets for May 10. My friend IN kharkov said it should take mail 3 or 4 days from kiev to Kharkov. so IN a few days I should have your answer. I do not think It is sign for or fedex. I think its just regular mail in your mail box. it is kind of SCARY, because if they do NOT come, there is hardly any time to react. During the first half of may, there are many ukraine HOlidays, and the trans are mosly full. so a Last minute trip to Kiev to get tickets Is kinda hard too. I will know more in a few days, and post for all to read. Thank you.
