Obviously has no thought for the many innocent victims who have been shot by irresponsible people with handguns.
Also please don't lecture us on history - the Yugoslav government under General Tito armed the people to form mlitias in case of foreign invasion and what did the people do with those guns when Yugoslavia collaspsed but turned the guns against each other during the inter ethnic violence and hatred in Bosnia and Kosovo.
