What MIR said is correct, the point about medical quals I made above, even the most emminent surgeon with quals a mile long, will need to pass exams in Britain USA cANADA, Aust. NZ to name but a few. And this is difficult enough after one has left his, her teriary years far behind, let alone trying to pass an exam in a foreign language the fraternity makes darned sure it stays this way too, they are very anxious to protect their fantastic incomes,
