After dialing international code of Ukraine (380) you must dial 9 numbers 2- for city (area code) and 7 for local number. Local number not always consist of 7 digits like in Sevastopol’(6 digits) and in this situation you must dial usually “2” before the local number if you are not calling locally. If you are calling within Ukraine city code consists of 3 digits, not two, but first digit always “0”. So, within Ukraine you must dial 8 + 0 + your number (9 digits)and, locally only 6 last digits if you are calling locally (in Kiev and Kharkov 7, small sities 5!)
