I have read your post and respect your opinion, maybe other people agree with you, but I must say that I disagree with you strongly.
I have traveled to many places in Latin America, The Caribbean and the Mediterranean, and I have to admit that Crimea has a special mystique that you will not find anywhere else in the world: Nature is great, the atmosphere is charming, lots of historical places and the wine is very good. The beaches may not be sandy but the sea is friendly and we can also enjoy the view of so many beauties sunning themselves on the beach! It is, by far cheaper than Spain, Greece an the French Riviera, and I have found people to be friendlier and more helpful there. Perhaps Crimea is not for you but there are many others (like me)that love Crimea and would like other people to love it too.
