Crossing Ukraine-Polish border coming to Ukraine does not take long. It may be a different story going back with cars lining sometimes for a few hours. Korczowa-Krakovets is the largest crossing on the PL-UA border and at least in my experience one of the fastest. There is another small crossing in the south-east corner of Poland called Kroscienko-Smilnytsia that is also fast but only works from 8 am to 8 pm.
