Do you mean you have bought property in Ukraine but are not a permanent resident of Ukraine? Then the answer is - Yes you still have to get a Visa before returning to Ukraine.
If on the other hand - you intend living and working as a permanent resident in Ukraine. Then you need to apply for an immigrantion permit from the Ukrainian embassy in your home country.
