Hi Allan,
To travel by bus you have to get railway station first - a bus station is at the same place. There is troleyybus No 9 goes from airport to railway station. There are also a micro buses available. If you'll be lucky, you can catch a bus to Sevastopol but it will be quite late and no many buses..
You can easy take a taxi from the airport or railway station. State taxi charges 2-2.5 Grivnas per 1 km and it will be 100 km from Airport to Sevastopol. A private taxi driver can try charge you and $100 and even $200 for the trip but it will be ripp off. Some of them are honest but no one speaks English, at least I never met such driver at the airport or railway station.
And easiest way - to send me e-mail with details of your arrival. I'll meet you at the airport and drive to Sevastopol.
