You have to declare all goods and currency you have to a customer officer. You may declare it in written or verbally.
If you are a citizen of Ukraine then you have to fill in a written declaration form if you have more than 3,000 USD (or equivalent)
If you are NOT a Ukrainian citizen then you have to fill in a written declaration form if you have more than 1,000 USD (or equivalent)
