hiring cars is the ONLY time I have been cheated in Ua, and not just once, always I tell the driver, fill the car with petrol first and when we get back I will refill, but oh no every time they pretend they do not understand and I get slugged squillions for gas even though I know we have used but a few litres, so please tell, what exactly you mean by 25 cents Thanking you
