I did go back and look at the pages and saw what he was saying. Yes that is what we will be doing here. This process takes about 3 months to complete. She comes to the US as a conditional permanant resident which saves the hassle of trying to take care of that when using the K-1 route. I see no reason to deal with the INS when I don't have to:)))
