I would just like to point out that utilizing false documentation for immigration purposes in the US can carry serious consequences. In addition to facing deportation if one is caught, people who engage in the use of fraudulent documents to get into the US often preclude themselves from being able to utilize the services of any honest immigration lawyer. Once the attorney becomes aware of the existence of document fraud, s/he will always require the client to disclose this fact on any application that requires such disclosure. Although in some instances, it is possible to apply for a waiver, waivers are usually very difficult to get.
Another fact to ponder: fraud committed at the time of entry/adjustment of status has been used to take away citizenship from individuals many years after the initial fraud was perpetrated.
