I have researched this and it is the best way to go. I can file the petition directly with the U.S. embassy in Warsaw. That takes about 2-3 months to process. I have no intention of going through the immigration service. The fiance visa would have to go through the Texas service center and that takes about a year because of the huge workload they have.
