I don't know where you live, but if it is the U.S. you can use either Western Union or MoneyGram. You do not need an address for either one. You will only need the city. There will be a control number for WU or a Reference number for MoneyGram. You e-mail this number to the recipient and all they will need is that number and proper identification. Pickup sites in Ukraine are listed in the websites for both.
