My wife arrived apr 2001 on K1 fiancee visa and she is still waitng for approval letter from USCIS to Adj Status to become a perm resident and get the first green card. We have always traveled through KBP Boryspil airport with no problems with luggage, customs or passport control. My wife paid cost 22 Ghrivna two weeks ago for a cup of tea at KBP, about double of Amsterdam and a big difference in customer service attitude. We will learn after green card about how KBP passport control put in my wifes international passport the stamp "went to permanent residency to USA".
