There are very few non-caucasians in Ukraine. I haven't seen any at all in Crimea, but a few in Kiev. I would say most Ukrainians aren't predjudiced towards blacks in the same way whites were (or maybe still are?) in the USA. Some are curious, after all black people are a real rarity in some areas (or even Americans for that matter). The only people who would be likely to cause problems would be the very tiny minority of skin-head types in Ukraine. These people are very violent towards anyone who is "different". If I were a "person of color", and was contemplating a trip to Ukraine, I wouldn't let the possibility of such behavior interfere with my plans. What could be worse than the historic treatment of African people in America? In regards to Asians, there are some who have generally migrated in from parts of the Russian far east, but the numbers in Ukraine are very, very small. I once spent a few months in Kiev, and was out in the streets every day, in that time period, I saw maybe one black person, and 3 or 4 asians, That's not to say that Ukraine is not "ethnically diverse", I'd say they probably have more different ethnic "types" than most places, it's just harder to tell!!!
