If you post you resume to recruiting agencies you may find good place. Try to focus on the fields where your native English is an advantage: international companies or companies serving international clients, also do some network at Chambers of Commerce, British, US, they regularly have meetings, socials, etc., also check the business newspapers, there are massive openings in Kiev now. Expats usually have better paid position and today $1000 is nothing, look at the real estate prices.
