I haven't entered Ukraine through Odessa, but, I always declare everything that I'm bringing in.
I'm a weenie, I guess, but I don't want any hassle on current or future trips for me or my family that live there,
Customs officials don't care that you're bringing in a bottle of scotch or a salami or whatever.
I'd be really honest about the amount of money that I'm carrying...
