I don't think it is fair to blame RJ Tours for any of these problems. It's quite normal - for Ukraine. A broken aircondition, a flat tire, bad roads, poor Hotels... I could think of much worse problems that RJ seems to have guided you around. For me these are the moments I remember and enjoy to tell about.
With all respect, I don't think you chose the wrong travel agency. You chose the wrong place to go.
