Property and land prices continue to rise in Kyiv and other large cities of Ukraine. For example, in Lviv Ukraine prices for apartments in the old part of town are starting to reach the the level of Krakow and Wroclaw. There seems to be no reason for them to go higher than Poland that is now in the EEC.
