Ukranian friend? You need to be more specific. No embasys would beleive that, you mean girlfriend or fiancee? Or just a friend? If so, then they woudl never believe that you are paying for the air fare out of the goodness of your heart. There is no way a regular Ukraine girl can get a visa to visit the US. If she has a VERY good income, job & family, then she may be able to get a visa.
