In Lviv most cafes and restaurants have toilets available to their curtomers. Museums would not have them open for visitors, but I find that if you ask a guard or someone from the staff they would ley you use it.
Train stations, airports, supermarkets have public toilets, but most require a charge to enter - usually UAH 0.5
