Hello Mica,
There are many apartments for rent available in both cities. I would recommend you consider Koktebel as a place to stay instead Feodosia. It's a small recreation town, nice landscape, excellent beach, Kara-Dag volcano just beside.
Not too much to see in Kerch. :-( Usually it's enough to have one-day trip there to see everything.
