I am from Singapore, male 47 yrs old and after 20 yrs of working as an Engineer and in business. I want to move to an Eastern European country like Ukraine. Maybe to a smaller town like Lugansk. I grown up from a village boy and struggle myself through University in Scotland. I am looking of a retirement here and offer my Educational and Industrial Experience as a voluteer as a English teacher.
I can get myself to visit Ukraine. I need advise on how to convert to permanent resident status.
