I have this visitors from India who came to me for help:
they have 16 years Student daughter who was rfused visa on ground that she was not in employment/marragable age and she was not in employment or have a house or asset. parent did not plan to take her for visit her other two sisters settled in UK as she had to wait for exam result, she did produs the evidence, as she wants to continue her studies in India under guardianship and support by her parent it is discrimination and insulting young mind, how could she join her parents on vist to UK which to them does not happen every day but once in life time
