Well..i did not go all out and try everything, but to list a few: the Ukraine version of Ketsup is far superior. I mostly ate meat with cheeze. This was usually a thin fried piece of pork topped with onions and mushroom and covered with cheeze. Ounce per ounce, it was usually a small portion but the flavor made up for everything. Most of the meals were served with a first course, usually some sort of meat salad. I found these to be very different every time. Each time I sat down to eat, I didnt know what I was putting in my mouth, but I enjoyed almost everything. I even liked the cow tongue, which I would never order here in the states.
